We understand that there are circumstances that are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule, but we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If a 24-hour notice is not given or you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
Last-minute cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled without sufficient notice. Notifying us in a timely manner enables us to schedule another guest and in turn, maintain a higher availability of services for you as well as others. Due to scheduling commitments to our other guests, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late (depending on the length of time booked for your service).
Please call the salon directly to speak with a salon coordinator if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We do not check Facebook or Instagram comments/messages or any other form of social media for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
We cannot accept personal checks from first-time guests. For return guests, a service charge of $30 will be applied to all returned checks.
We will gladly accept unused products within 30 days of purchase. Product refunds will be given in the form of a product exchange or in-salon credit only.
