Salon Policies

Please be aware that a valid credit card number is required to reserve your appointment. We accept Visa or MasterCard. By giving your credit card number, you are agreeing to the following:


We understand that there are circumstances that are unavoidable and you may need to change your appointment, but we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If a 24-hour notice is not given or you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.


Last-minute cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled without sufficient notice. Notifying us in a timely manner enables us to schedule another guest and in turn, maintain a higher availability of services for you as well as others. Due to scheduling commitments to our other guests, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late (depending on the length of time booked for your service).


Please call the salon directly to speak with a salon coordinator if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We do not check Facebook or Instagram comments/messages or any other form of social media for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

We cannot accept personal checks from first-time guests. For return guests, a service charge of $30 will be applied to all returned checks.

We will gladly accept unused products within 30 days of purchase. Product refunds will be given in the form of a product exchange or in-salon credit only.


We hope you understand the need for these policies. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask!

Salon Etiquette

Our scheduling is designed to permit the proper amount of time needed to complete your services.

Please help us by arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Please silence your cell phone upon arrival.

Children are welcome by appointment only.

Please let us know of any health concerns, medical issues, chemical allergies, or pregnancy.
